Hello guys, It is Vikrant Nagar over here telling you about how to eat and right timing for eating the food for muscle building for beginners.
Breakfast(8:30-9:30):- Oats(50gm),almonds(around full hand),raisins(1tb spoon),1 banana,and 4 egg whites
Pre-lunch(12:00-1:00):- 4 brown bread,2tbs peanut butter,egg omlet of 2 egg whites,boild cheakpeas,200ml coffee.
Lunch(3:00-4:00):- sweet potato,all vegetables or salad
Pre-workout meal(6:00-7:00)-brown rice boiled,2tbs greek yogurt,1tbs peanut butter
Post-workout meal(10:00pm):-black beans(100gms),200gm tofu or chicken breast(200gm)
